No, you can distribute music to Meluna at no upfront cost or for free!

No matter how many songs you distribute, it will have no upfront cost or be free forever.

Because we understand that the process of creating a piece of music is very expensive, so we make it easy for you to distribute music without worrying about the costs arising from this part :)

We review your song within 24-96 hours on business days after you submit it!*

However, there may be delays in reviewing and sending your song if there is a holiday or other circumstances. We'll always let you know if that's going to happen so you can submit your song before it does.

*Some music platforms may take longer to make your song available on their platform as they re-review your song.

You will start earning revenue from your songs at the beginning of each month.

Some music platforms have different revenue settlement times (e.g. Apple Music, TikTok, and Facebook will start revenue settlement after 3 months from the time your song is available, while YouTube and YouTube Music will start revenue settlement after 1 month from the time your song is available).

Yes, you can distribute cover songs or remixes as long as you have a license related to the song issued by the rights holder, relevant publisher or a third-party song licensing service provider such as Easy Song Licensing.

You may also be asked for proof of the license by our team if it is required.

Usually, we take as much as 25% of your song revenue as our service fee.

However, we also have several tiers for our service fee which are determined based on your criteria, here are the tiers:

• 85% of net revenue for Users and 15% of net revenue for Meluna.
• 80% of net revenue for Users and 20% of net revenue for Meluna.
• 75% of net revenue for Users and 25% of net revenue for Meluna.
• 70% of net revenue for Users and 30% of net revenue for Meluna.
